Complaint Procedure

Complaints should be reported in writing to the Gadaku Institute/ Rock and Water Institute NL. The complaint will always be handled in confidential.

The complaint should be described in as much detail as possible and accompanied by your name, address and telephone number. The Gadaku Institute will respond as soon as possible, at least within 21 days.

The complaint will be settled within 3 months. If longer time is needed to conduct research, they will be notified, explaining the delay. In addition, an indication will be given of when it is expected to be able to give a definite answer.

If the complaint cannot be resolved by mutual agreement, you or the Gadaku Institute, may appeal to an independent third party, Drs. M. Bosdriesz, Master of Education, education, care and safety consultant at the following email address: [email protected]

Drs. Bosdriesz will assess the complaint neutrally and objectively and issue a recommendation, which is binding to the Gadaku Institute / Rots en Water NL. Any consequences will be handled promptly by the Gadaku Institute / Rots en Water NL. Complaints and how they are handled are recorded and kept for the duration of one year.
